Billing Management
Let us handle all aspects of insurance for your business. As your billing manager, all insurance claims will be submitted and followed up on, all insurance payments will be recorded, any denied or rejected claims will be handled with care and urgency. Client benefits will be verified timely and clients will be contacted.Our fees are 6%-10% of collected payments/ deductibles and we also offer contracted flat rates.
Clean up
Sometimes your account Analytics can become messy, it could be from insurance write offs, missing insurance payments or clients accounts needing balanced. We offer this service even if we are not billing your account. We charge 8%-10% of the total amount cleaned up. You will be provided with a spread sheet of all work done and training afterwards on how to maintain a balanced account.
Scheduling
When our company does your scheduling, you can be sure that your clients are being contacted, added to your schedule or added to your waiting list. Cancelations, no shows and late cancels are handled immediately. All intake paperwork will be sent to your clients to insure we're able to verify benefits before their first session. Scheduling is an additional flat fee on top of the billing fee.
Copays
We offer collecting client copays. We understand how busy providers are, allowing us to collect copays, helps put your mind at easy and know that all sessions are being paid with out you having to chase down clients. Our fees are 6%-8% of collected fees.
Training
Some providers have amazing office staff and would like for them to do their billing. We offer training, so you don't have to hire a company. Even if you're a provider and want to learn how to do your own billing to cut down on costs. Our fees are $50-$100 an hour for face to face video training.
Credentailing
We all know credentialing can be a headache. Allowing us to panel you with insurances, helps ease the stress and frustration of dealing with paperwork. We fill out all forms and check status to ensure you are contracted timely. Our fees are $150-$200 per insurance we panel you with.
